Responsible for performing the preventative maintenance and repair of all process and building equipment. Perform daily janitorial duties as required. Complete work order requests and perform daily building inspections along with testing/inspecting of emergency/life safety systems.


Perform repairs and monitor all process and building equipment in accordance with the Preventative Maintenance Program including Wastewater Systems, Electrical, Mechanical Equipment (buffers, grinders, laser welders, dust-collectors, light fixtures, compressors, HVAC, etc.). Clean and perform repairs on various equipment i.e. ice machine, refrigerator and cafeteria apparatus. Provide general cleaning of the facility including but not limited to emptying/disposing of garbage, mopping, vacuuming and cleaning of offices/work areas, hallways, lavatories, cafeteria and locker rooms.

REQUIREMENTS
Minimum 5 - 10 years experience including troubleshooting machinery, mechanical, electrical, etc. Applicant must possess strong electrical and technical skills including ability to use power tools, craft and janitorial equipment. Strong communication skills with MS Office and Email experience required. Position may occasionally require heavy lifting and/or moving of heavy objects. Availability to work overtime and evening hours to meet business needs are required.
