Industrial Maintenance Sales Representative Trainee

We have an immediate opening in the Greenville/Spartanburg, South Carolina area for an entry level Industrial Maintenance Sales Rep Trainee. Our Training Program is designed to provide you with all the skills necessary for a successful career as an Industrial Maintenance Professional Sales Rep. The Training Program lasts approximately 6-12 months and includes structured on-the-job training in one of our commercial stores, as well as, training in the field with one of our Industrial Maintenance Sales Rep. The Training also includes NACE Training Level 1-3, self-study modules, classroom instruction at our regional training facilities and ongoing education throughout your career in preparation to become an Industrial Maintenance Sales Rep for Sherwin-Williams.
REQUIREMENTS
To join our Trainee Program, you must have an entrepreneurial spirit, demonstrated leadership ability, and a strong interest in a professional sales career.

Basic Requirements:
- Must have a valid Driver’s License
- Must have a Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college / university or obtain one within the next 12 months
- Must submit to a background screening which may include driving, credit and criminal history
- Must be legally authorized to work in country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g., H1B status)
