The Job Duties include:



General Maintenance provides a clean and unobstructed environment for customers, merchants, management personnel and vendors by performing daily cleaning activities.

General Maintenance performs daily porter rounds, cleaning spills and debris from the common areas, maintenance shop and management offices.

General Maintenance maintains the interior and exterior planter areas by removing debris and dead plants when necessary.

General Maintenance cleans all fixtures such as refuse containers, ash urns, art work, glass, etc.

General Maintenance dusts, mops and scrubs common area flooring, reapplying finish and buffing as necessary.

General Maintenance removes snow and ice from common entrance ways.

General Maintenance performs other duties as assigned.

General Maintenance sweeps, dusts, mops, cleans and polishes common floor areas, furniture, fixtures and directories as well as performs landscaping and snow removal.

General Maintenance maintains and cleans public and employee restrooms.

General Maintenance maintains and properly stores all equipment, tools and supplies.

General Maintenance maintains and keeps clean all trashcans and ashtrays.

General Maintenance cleans all glass surfaces on the property.

General Maintenance assists Maintenance Supervisor on special projects.
REQUIREMENTS
- 1 Year experience

Knowledge of basic hands on tools and commercial equipment.
