GENERAL- Colorado Machinery, LLC, is the leading dealer of John Deere, Bobcat and Ingersoll-Rand products in the Rocky Mountain Region. SERVICE MANAGER Bobcat of Colorado Springs, a division of Colorado Machinery is currently seeking a Service Manager. This job is responsible for achieving budget forecast, dept. profitability, staffing, training, and supervising service personnel. H.S. diploma or equiv., in-depth knowledge of construction equip. technology, strong customer service skills, math skills, analytical skills, previous supervisory exper., and a min. of 5 yrs. directly- related exper. in a construction service dept. (or combination of educ./exper). Must be insurable to drive a company vehicle. PARTS COUNTERPERSON Responsible for greeting walk-in customers and responding to customer calls and inquiries. Process internal and over-the-counter parts orders. Assist in shipping and receiving. Participate in the annual physical inventory. Must be able to lift, climb, stoop bend, kneel, stand and sit for extended periods of time, and utilize full range of motion. Must be able to lift and carry object weighing up to 60 lbs. Qualifications: H.S. diploma or equiv., strong verbal comm. skills, basic computer and math skills. A mechanical or parts background, especially with heavy equipment, is preferred.
