*FORTUNE 500 is a registered trademark of Time Inc.We are looking to add a Foreign Trade Administrator to our Global Supply Chain, Order to Cash, Import/Export staff. The Foreign Trade Administrator is primarily responsible for administering Free Trade Agreement programs across Chemical Sector. The job encompasses: Support and management of Free Trade Agreements; complete and in depth knowledge of free trade agreement requirements; development of a process for management of annual requests for information from vendors, and obtaining, then loading data into SAP system for renewal of annual certificates to customers. This position will manage multiple tasks, interact with a variety of internal groups, and develop vendor and customer relationships.A successful candidate will have:
*3-4 years experience in Export customer service or international shipping
*Knowledge of trade regulations, NAFTA experience is a plus
*Bachelor of Science (BS) - Desirable but not required
*Microsoft Office, Lotus Notes, SAP experience a plus.
*Proven communication skills; Bi-lingual skills a plus.
*Ability and desire to work independently, as well as a team player.
*Ability to work in a fast paced environment
*Strong organizational skills.
