Multi Trades Chief 1 - (Position Number 112313B) University of Maryland College Park Campus Department of Residential Facilities The Department of Residential Facilities at the University of Maryland is responsible for providing the principal facilities management services for residence halls and campus recreation on the College Park campus. We are recruiting for a person who acts as lead worker engaged in all types of floor covering work, minor masonry repairs, minor carpentry work. Qualifications: Required qualifications include 4 Years floor covering trade experience with at least 1 year in a lead role, a valid driver's license and the ability to communicate effectively with customers. Benefits: Starting salary (Pay Range 10) $ 28,927. In addition to salary, benefits include health insurance, tuition remission for employee and dependents, participation in State pension system.
