Construction/Apprentice Installer

Training provided by company. Build sunrooms throughout the Nashville area for the 3rd largest sunroom dealer for Craft-bilt. This is a promotable position to Lead installer.

The leader in the sunroom industry is looking for a reliable and hardworking full time employee for an entry level position. We will train the right candidate in the skills needed to install sunrooms and, after a short field evaluation period, may also be considered for further training by the manufacturer to become certified with the possibility of advancement to Lead Installer. We pay competitive wages as well as offer exceptional health, dental and life insurance benefits. National holidays are time off with pay after 60 days of employment. A company truck and all power tools required to construct the patio rooms are supplied. We pay drive time as well as time and a half over 40 hours per week. It is anticipated that the right candidate can expect to work an average of 50 to 55 hours per week, Monday through Friday. Weekend work schedules are generally few and far between and are typically voluntary per truck.

REQUIREMENTS
Skill requirements: 2 years verifiable construction experience, proficient in the use of different varieties of small hand tools (cordless, electric and/or gas powered), an acute sense of attention to detail, punctuality and professionalism. Current drivers license.
