Commercial Landscape Estimator/Salesperson

Currently, we are seeking a commercial landscape Estimator to join our Commercial Landscape Estimating Team. This person reviews specifications and blueprints in order to prepare bid packages. Performs accurate take-offs to produce final marketing/presentation packages. Attention to detail is paramount!

REQUIREMENTS


REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum 4 years experience preparing pre-bid packages and marketing/sales of commercial landscape OR Bachelor's Degree with ability and desire to learn this position 'hands-on'

- Must be able to quantify landscape inventories in the field.

- Reviewing bid specifications and blueprints in order to prepare estimating spreadsheets and bid packages

- Performing quantity take-offs

- Timberline software experience a PLUS!

- Commercial installation/maintenance landscaping experience a MUST!

- Minimum of 5 years experience preparing bid packages

- Ability to read, write and speak clearly in English

- Ability to multi-task and be detailed oriented

- Ability to accurately perform basic math and algebra functions

- Excellent organizational skills, planning and scheduling of time

- Must be proficient in MS EXCEL, WORD AND OUTLOOK
