Branch Manager / Commercial Landscape Maintenance

Brickman, a leader in the landscaping industry, is seeking a highly motivated, team-oriented BRANCH MANAGER in our Roanoke, TX branch. Our Branch Managers have an entrepreneurial spirit, running a landscape branch with the advantage of having regional and corporate support.

Additionally, a Branch Manager is responsible for ensuring quality and efficient landscape management for clients while achieving profit goals for the company and consistently improving market share. This position requires leading all branch employees and overseeing the successful operation of the branch office. As a Branch Manager, you will be responsible for recruiting, hiring, training and developing employees, developing new business and maintaining strong working relationships with existing clients.

The ideal candidate MUST have a minimum of 5 years management experience in a commercial landscape environment; proven experience in cultivating and maintaining positive client relationships; previous sales experience; and knowledge of branch operational processes such as P&L statements, gross margins and asset management. Strong communication and leadership skills required.


JOB REQUIREMENTSREQUIREMENTS:
* 2 or 4 year landscape related degree; 2 or 4 year general degree with course work in the landscape field or certification by a landscape association; or equivalent industry experience, with or without a degree.
* Minimum of 5 years supervisory experience in the horticultural or related industry.
* Good knowledge of plant material, diseases, insect, chemical, spray, and irrigation.
* Working knowledge of business formulas, including gross margin.
* Understanding of P&L statements.
* Proficient in the use of all landscape equipment.
* Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
* Able to drive all company vehicles.
