Babysitters/Child Care/Nanny/Childcare/Sitter

A CHILDS GARDEN
is looking for experienced full time and part time daytime, evening and weekend sitters/child care providers to provide sitting services for residential and resort clients in the Valley. Some of the resorts are the Westin Kierland, Scottsdale Princess, The Sanctuary on Camelback, JW Marriott Desert Ridge and Camelback Inn and the Royal Palms Resort. Sitters provide residential clients with daytime, evening, and weekend services. Sitters also are asked to travel with clients on vacation and business. Group sittings are provided for weddings and special occasions. At resorts sitters may be asked to swim with children, take them off-site to parks, etc., or take to hotel restaurants for lunch/dinner. Children range in age from newborn to 11 or 12 years old.

All sitters must have some type of child care, nanny or sitting experience and be at least 19 years old. All sitters must be fingerprinted and CPR trained. A Childs Garden is liability insured and bonded.

Currently, A Childs Garden has several residential clients looking for either one, two or three days a week. Hours could be anywhere from 8am to 2PM, 9AM to 3PM, 11AM to 6PM. On a weekly basis at the resorts there are several clients that request the same sitter for 2, 3, 4 or 5 days – sometimes 4 to 10 hours a day.

A Childs Garden is only looking for dependable and reliable sitters that will be committed to providing high-quality child care services to its clients. Currently, A Childs Garden has teachers, students, nannies, mothers and various other individuals that are a part of its team.

Hourly wages range from $11.00-$20.00/hr depending upon sitting location and the amount of children assigned to care for. Multi-family sittings can range from $20 to $28.00 per hour. Sitters receive a travel fee for each assignment. A Childs Garden is a fee based agency.
