Assembler/Finishers

Manufacturing and Finishing Department positions for assemblers. Duties include, but are not limited to sanding, grinding, gluing, puttying, wet hand lay-up laminations, taping and painting. Experience in hand works and hand tools is preferred. Prior experience in resin and epoxy operations is a real plus.
Serious candidates must be disciplined, and committed to quality. The finished product is wholly dependent on the quality of the individual workers. This is a very manual process utilizing hand-tools and skill developed through training and experience. Must maintain a safe work environment, keep accurate workorder and time records, and be capable of learning and complying with OSHA and Environmental specifications. There are three 12 hr. shifts with 4 days on and 3 days off. Personal Protective Equipment is provided by company. $12.50/1st shift; $14.00/2nd & 3rd Shifts. Candidates must be seriously seeking long-term employment and have reliable transportation. Others need not apply.
