Project Management -----------------Lead all phases of the development life cycle.
Keep project sponsors, stakeholders and leadership informed regarding progress
and issues.
Develop alternate project approaches and make recommendations based on risk and
business impact.
Plan project scope, resources, milestones, and deliverables.
Identify and gather resources for project tasks.
Develop project teams and facilitate communication.
Negotiate and set expectations with customers.
Liaison with project sponsors and IT Functional Teams.
Track project timeliness and milestones to ensure timely project conclusion.
Review project deliverables to ensure quality and project success.
Identify, escalate, and ensure resolution of issues that hinder project success.
Work with other teams to identify and manage project dependencies.
Deliver progress/status reports to project stakeholders and leadership,
occasionally via formal presentation.
On a project basis, provides input into performance appraisals as appropriate.
Coordinates staff efforts involved in development, quality assurance, and
support of product/project.
Liaisons with third party vendors to coordinate development, deployment, and
ongoing operations as appropriate.
Coordinates multiple work streams.Other Responsibilities:
Work closely with the Business Analysts to determine the appropriate solution to client requests for change. Maintain existing, develop new or modify Lnotes or Java base pages, panels, panel groups, records and tables. Perform unit testing in accordance with existing development methodology. Participate in leading the planning and execution of System Integration and User Acceptance testing of new releases and custom modifications. Play a key role in the evaluation of change requests to insure they are properly integrated with existing Provide mentoring and development to less
experienced staff.
Project Related Functions: Assist in developing functional design specifications and develop technical design specifications. Work with other Development Services teams to co-ordinate and facilitate the successful implementation of all custom modifications and new releases Lead development efforts on project teams (team leader or Project Manager as needed). Ensure development standards are followed and conduct design and code reviews as appropriate. Review design, code, test plans and results of less experienced staff. Participate in issues resolution and change control processes. Test and migrate modifications and/or new releases into production via multiple instances using existing methodologies.Minimal travel required.

Required Experience
3 + years in Project Management experience to include leading medium to large
size projects to include managing teams and work streams5 + years in responsibility highlighted above.5 + years specific technical experience in the following: Lotus Notes developer having a minimum of 4-5 years of experience as well as 3 years of Domino experience. Web Services and SOAP, including XML, XSD, and XSL/T a plus J2EE architecture including Servlets/JSP, EJB, JDBC, JMS a plus Oracle and/or other leading RDMBS
Experience building scalable, highly available, mission critical applications
Experience with object-oriented analysis, design, and programming methods
Experience with and strong understanding of SOA & application/enterprise
architecture concepts, standards, patterns, and best practices
Strong problem solving and analytical capabilities
Excellent verbal and written communication, interpersonal, conflict resolution,
and customer service skills
Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high volume,
deadline-driven environment
Ability to balance multiple demands and work both independently and as part of
a team
Professionalism in dealing with all levels of management and staff
