Supervision - Corrugated Industry

Longview Fibre is looking for a CORRUGATOR SUPERVISOR. The plant produces corrugated from E-flute to triple wall to meet a large variety of corrugated packaging needs for our customers.

Previous supervisory experience in manufacturing or equivalent formal education in relevant field is required. Previous experience in the corrugated industry and knowledge of corrugated processes are preferred. Mechanical aptitude a plus. Demonstrated verbal and written communication skills, problem solving and interpersonal skills are required. Strong leadership potential to balance safety, quality, personnel and production issues desired. Must be available to work any shift.

Salary is based on experience. Excellent benefit package includes medical, dental and vision coverage, paid vacation and holidays, and 401k.
