Required Skills: 1) Working knowledge of Lockheed Martin Space Systems Policies and Procedures relative to Subcontract Management; 2) Major proposal preparation experience; 3) Negotiation of major subcontracts; 4) Experience with cost type contracts; 5) Familiarity with Earned Value Management System (EVMS). Desired skills: Previous experience with NASA and human space flight requirements. POSITION IS CONTINGENT ON CEV ATP EXPECTED IN AUGUST 2006.General Position Description:Develops subcontract specifications, work statements, and terms and conditions for the procurement of specialized materials, equipment, and services. Prepares bid packages, conducts bidders' conferences, analyzes and evaluates proposals, negotiates subcontract provisions, selects or recommends subcontractors, writes awards, and administers resulting subcontracts. Negotiates and coordinates additions, deletions, or modifications to subcontracts.
