Staffing Support -Seasonal Position

PCA International is seeking an enthusiastic and diligent self starter to join it's Field Staffing Team through November. The right candidate will demonstrate strong computer skills, have the flexibility to work Monday - Friday between the hours of 8:00am - 8:00pm as needed, and work well within a fast paced team environment. This is a great opportunity for those interested in gaining hands on experience in HR and Staffing.
Staffing Assistant Job Responsibilities:

Contacts job candidate leads through the Internet, local recruiting posters, or job services

Conduct a telephone pre-screening with each candidate to confirm eligibility for an interview

Schedule “qualified” candidates for a personal interview appointment with the hiring manager

Researches resources to obtain candidate leads for career opportunities

Communicates staffing needs and interview schedules with the hiring managers

Tracks performance statistics for improvement opportunitiesJob Requirements

Must be 18 years of age with a High School Diploma or equivalent GED

Flexible for a Monday through Friday work schedule; occasional Saturday may be necessary

Operating work schedule: 8 am to 8 pm; when supporting West Coast may need to work 11:30 am to 8:00pm

Must demonstrate ability to communicate effectively both written and verbally with people of various backgrounds

Must demonstrate Internet literacy

Must demonstrate computer proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Word Applications – a pre-qualifying test will be given

Must have experience in working on teams and thrives in a collaborative environment Desirable but not required:

Candidates who are bilingual and speak Spanish or French, or German
