Sr. SAP MM & PP Business Systems Analyst

As an integral member of the Customer Competency Center (CCC), support existing design and implement new functionality with the SAP environment that satisfies business needs.Responsible for providing SAP support to Sunoco users within functional and technical areas of expertise. This includes interacting with users to understand requirements, evaluating alternates solutions, resolving problems/issues, providing user training, communicating status and documenting system changes (e.g. new reports and functionality) to the appropriate business levels in the organization.Act as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) lead for all materials management functions (including but limited to materials master data, organization hierarchy, physical inventory, batch management and returns, transportation and shipping and compliance) and all production planning functions (including but limited to production planning master data, time phased available to promise, MRP, and process and production order management).Configure SAP and develop/perform unit tests in accordance with specifications. Bachelors degree in Computer Science or Industrial Engineering or equivalent work experience (7+ with degree; 15+ without degree); 2 SAP full project life cycle implementations.Expert knowledge of SAP MM & PP, version 4.6 or higher. Expert knowledge of materials management (master data, configuration of output determination for goods movement-bar code labels, goods receipt and issues slips and MRP) and production planning (master data, MRP, and order management). Demonstrate ability to design and configure SAP in areas of expertise. Basic understanding of the integration points between the modules and their dependencies around Sales & Distribution, Finance, and Manufacturing . Strong knowledge and experience with business processes, e.g. procurement to pay, forecast to finished goods, available to promise, order processing, shipping, billing and purchasing.
