Sr. Marketing Communications Analyst
Basic Accountability Statement:
The role will assist in gathering and disseminating information that will develop and drive origination marketing programs. Successful candidate will have at least 1-2 years of marketing experience, with some direct marketing experience. Experience with global brands a plus.
Duties & Responsibilities:
1. Provides support to long- and short-term marketing programs.
2. Conduct a thorough and ongoing audit of all direct marketing materials; categorize design and messaging best practices. Provide reports detailing communication tactics on all marketing materials.
3. Analyze packages from competitors; conduct inventory of tactics and best practices. Formulate project plan recommendations based on competitive and industry analysis.
4. Gather information and provide documentation on social trends, legal and political issues, innovation and change in the industry, other offerings in the market, message boards and other informal communication, consumer and financial forecasts.
5. Generate updates on the competition, issues specific to their business, challenges they face, how they address them and how consumers perceive them.
7. Manage timelines and monitor association and production approvals. Manage estimates and invoices; transition creative materials to production team; deliver files at appropriate timelines. Gather data for monthly business update to keep senior management informed of progress.
8. Performs other projects or special assignments as required.

Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in marketing or business administration or equivalent experience preferred.1 year general Marketing work experience required, 2 years preferred.1 year experience working in Financial Services Marketing desirable.Excellent organizational skills, detail orientated, proven oral and communication skills required.
