orequirements gathering,owriting functional specifications,oworking with the technical developers to clearly convey the business requirements,otesting/sign-off, andopost-implementation support
SQL and Oracle experience, understanding of internet technologies with a familiarity with HTML & XML, J2EE.
Background in (or strong understanding of) marketing
' Strong direct interaction experience working with business and technical teams.
' Web architecture, how it works and the various protocols associated with it' Web application architecture
' Web application security
' Web application performance' Web infrastructure ' web application servers, basic networking, firewalls, servers etc
' Strong understanding of web standards and guidelines (various w3c specifications, including but not limited to xhtml, css etc)
' Strong understanding of browsers and how they work ' limitations, specific implementations
' Cryptography
' XML structures ' understanding schemas
' Experience with Java enterprise development (J2EE)
' Basic project management skills
' Team player
' Keep abreast of technology developments and newsKnowledge of the following would be plus
' Frameworks - Struts, Spring and Hibernate
' Ajax technologies
' SAML
' JavaScript
' Weblogic
' Experience/knowledge of agile methodologies
