Sr Business Analyst-RUP

Purpose: The key to the Business Analyst position will be experience in RUP and working with business users to document requirements in Test Director. This is a data conversion project. The selected Analyst will make appropriate recommendations regarding data conversion/migration and cleansing alternatives.

Eight (8) or more years of experience working as a BA on Enterprise-level applications are required. Proven experience with Enterprise-level data migration and data cleansing is required. Candidates must possess a strong background in comprehending the requirements of large, global development projects. Strong analytical, processed-based skills (process flow diagrams, business modeling, and functional design) are required. Experience with loading requirements in Test Director and proven experience with Enterprise-level data migration and data cleansing efforts is required. Experience with Use case development is required also.
