Senior Technical Business Analyst

We are currently seeking a Senior Technical Business Analyst for a 6+ month contract located in Owings Mills, MD.

Our client is seeking someone to serve a technical liaison to design/development teams during translation of requirements specifications into detailed design. Create and execute functional test scenarios based upon design elements. Work with Business Area SMEs/Analysts to develop and finalize test plans/scripts/use cases. Assist with the planning and execution of overall application system/regression testing activities to ensure the application meets all business/functional/technical requirements (as documented in traceability matrices). Assist in attaining specific business area related ormation to enable other technical and functional analysts to design appropriate system functionality. As needed, capture, document and validate business, functional and technical requirements specifications with the Business Owner/Stakeholders/SMEs in accordance with PMO/IT guidelines for these deliverables. Interested candidates MUST have previously worked as a Technical Business Analyst in the Healthcare Industry (UnitedHealth, Aetna, WellPoint, any Blues Plan)
REQUIREMENTS
Qualified candidates must have experience with:Requirements traceability documentation, test plan/scripts documentation,Use Case Modeling, Domain Modeling (preferably with UML Class Diagrams), Workflow Modeling (with UML Activity Diagrams, UML Sequence Diagrams, and Flowcharts, HIPAA-compliant healthcare transaction sets (270/271 preferred), JRD/JAD facilitation, technical requirements documentation, Functional and technical specifications creation / validation, X12 and XML translation.
