Senior SAP Business Analyst

We are currently engaged with a client who is seeking a Senior SAP Business Systems Analyst on a full time direct employee basis. The Senior SAP BA will be responsible for designing, configuring and supporting the SAP Human Capital Management implementation which includes: time entry and evaluation, payroll, HR/benefits, training and events management, appointments, salary/labor distribution and employee self service.
This position focuses on payroll and tax processing, quarterly and year end reporting and off-cycle processing. Working jointly with customers, you will analyze, define and document business requirements for new enhancements and projects. You will design and configure solutions, lead projects to deliver solutions, write functional specifications and system documentation, lead system testing and provide ongoing support. You will also participate in the upgrade to MyERP2005 from 4.6C.
The appropriate individual will have a minimum of five years' experience in information technology including business process analysis and design; and a minimum of five years' SAP HCM hands-on configuration experience. Demonstrated experience will include: payroll functionality, including wage types, schemas, rules, tax, remuneration statement, off-cycles, retro-calculations, claims clearing, arrears, garnishments, benefits and miscellaneous deductions required. Knowledge of time management and organization management is desirable. Solid business understanding payroll processes required.
