Senior Business Systems Analyst - FACETS

A leading health care provider is seeking a Senior Business Systems Analyst, with health care knowledge, who has worked with and can demonstrate knowledge of the FACETS payer application. Ideally, our client is seeking:
a person with enrollment knowledge, including the use of the EZ Import processes, who may know something about premium billing, and a person who understands the claims and some of the financial applications of the system.
Duties:
Analyzing business requirements for system enhancements.
Writing functional specifications.
Preparing comprehensive test plans.
Performing detailed application and report testing.
Working on small to medium-sized projects, performing data analysis, requirement gathering and documentation, testing, and implementation of new features.
Serving as facilitator or Project Manager on projects as required.
Providing SQL and Crystal Reports code review to ensure quality and integrity of project deliverables.
Doing projects related to database development, report development, tool development and process flows.

Requirements:

5-10 years of experience.
Excellent analytical, problem solving, and communication skills (oral & written).
Knowledge of a query language is required (preferably SQL).
Knowledge of a report writing tool (preferably Crystal Reports).
Strong organizational skills.
Ability to work on multiple projects concurrently with minimal supervision.
Bachelors degree in Business, health care administration, Information Systems or equivalent work experience.
