Senior Business Analyst/Project Manager

Responsibilities: A major financial company, located in New York City, is looking for a Senior Business Analyst/Project Manager with substantial experience in coordinating large scale high profile projects through an understanding of current technologies and development methodologies. The selected candidate must have proven ability to drive projects while evolving the capability and maturity of a development team. This individual will need to have proven leadership skills in order to lead a team of Business Analysts and must also be prepared to work very hands-on. This position is responsible for the overall coordination, direction, and management of projects; ensuring consistency of processes across projects. This position is also responsible for mediating conflicts across multiple projects, managing several projects (within the constraints of scope, quality, time, and cost), and facilitating communication as appropriate to all involved.
