PRIMARY DUTIES: 
Position will be responsible for the determining the business needs of internal clients; analyzing business processes; and working with the Client Master Manager to propose solutions to meet the client's needs; Management and successful delivery of all the Client Master enhancements; Provides leadership to development, configuration, and functional support team with responsibility for progress reporting, issue reporting/tracking/resolution and overall management of daily activities.  This person will interface with the ITS CRM & Markets Leadership team, MARS team, DPS Configuration team, the DIG, BW and the Reporting teams.   This person will be responsible for engaging other ITS
organizations to resolve problems, implement and deploy new products and/or enhancements to existing products.   This person will work with business owners and channel resources to respond to enhancement requests. They will understand the business reason for new development and enhancements in order to explain to the development organization to gain buy in for the projects.
 
- Works with Client Master Stakeholders to understand business needs; document functional requirements; and frame alternatives and recommendations for system enhancements to further enable business processes
- Produce documents that provide detailed business cases for CRM related projects (vision and scope, functional and business requirements, use cases and deployment strategy)
- Document functional specifications based on business requirements
- Responsible for successful management and delivery of all Client Master development efforts
- Prepares and manages detailed project plans that reflect
development/integration/technical tasks for each project
- Review work products and deliverables; verify the quality of all deliverables.
- Ensure proper documentation exists on all new development and configuration
- Work with application developers and designers to ensure they understand the business/data models and functional requirements. Work with Project Manager to coordinate daily activities between Application Development and Product Management Teams
- Ensure appropriate development, security, monitoring and business continuity guidelines are followed
- Identifying and securing necessary resources needed to deliver projects
- Responsible for the identification and resolution of issues that may impact project deliverables and timelines
- Coordinate across multiple ITS departments to get necessary support needed to advance Client Master-related activities
- Escalate outstanding issues and problems to appropriate support teams: Technical Team,
Infrastructure Support, Security, etc. - 8+ years experience in an application development and application support environment.
- At least 3 years of work experience in a comparable business/information technology position required.  Advanced knowledge of SAP or Web Developed software environment required.
- Project management experience required.  Need to be able to perform project management tasks for multiple projects simultaneously - including managing resources, issues, communications, budgets and risks.
- Must have strong consulting skills (client service orientation, conflict resolution, analysis/synthesis of information, negotiation, project management, strong client and relationship management skills, etc.)
- Must possess strong written/verbal communications, analytical, problem solving, and project management skills.
- Must be able to easily grasp and communicate complex ideas
- Demonstrated ability to apply technology to solve specific
business needs
- Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and clients and use effective judgment in prioritization and time allocation.
- Ability to work with and manage multiple shared groups to accomplish project's objectives
- Advanced skills in Microsoft products - Word, Excel and Access
- Should be self motivated.
- Ability to work with team.
- In-depth knowledge of software development life-cycle
- Passion and commitment for team/organization/role
