Senior Business Analyst

AQS, Inc. is currently seeking a Senior Business Analyst

If so, you must join AQS’s talented team as a Senior Business Analyst in Hartland, WI.

We are looking for your expertise to provide and be responsible for
planning, directing and performing analysis of complex business problems
to be solved with automated software systems.
You would work with other Business Analysts, technical developers, Managers and Project Managers
to achieve goals in accordance with established policies.
You would act as a liaison between the client and/or internal departments at AQS to assure that the business needs are met.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Solve complex business problems with internal and/or external clients.Plans, coordinates and directs
Research/Requirements gathering
Analysis
Design solution
Detail specifications
Coordinate, configure and implement software changes
Test plan creation
Delivery, including the monitoring and documenting of post-implementation problems and revision requests.Provides input and leadership in development and implementation of process improvements and issues that affect the clientsRecognize problem
Recommend solutions
Lead initiative to implement solutionProvides excellent internal and external support and communication.
Mentors staff and provides feedback to Managers regarding staff performance.
Plans, prepares, coordinates formal and informal training programs for new and current employees
Assists in sales support cycle and product demonstrations.
Ability to travel up to 5% to 10% to client sites, conferences, etc.
Additional duties may apply as assigned.
REQUIREMENTS
Experience and Characteristics:Qualifications include a minimum of six years Commercial Lines experience and/or training.
