Responsibilities:
The Senior Business Analyst position develops the methodology used to support and enhance current marketing models while exploring new and advanced analytical processes. Additional responsibilities include developing research findings that define optimal direct marketing strategies and effectively communicating research findings to the Advertising department and Senior Executives. Strong emphasis on quantitative analysis, research methods, and econometrics/statistical modeling is required. Knowledge of SPSS and customer segmentation is preferred.
Develop and deploy statistical models (regression, cluster, decision tree, etc.) to be used in the continual analysis of our marketing strategy
Design optimization models used to evaluate marketing strategies and alternatives
Research corporate level topics (consumer behavior, business generators, etc.) and estimate the impact on marketing strategy
Research new modeling techniques and metrics for marketing strategy development
Apply economic and financial concepts to determine optimal marketing strategy
Guide projects from conception through implementation by leveraging personal skills and organizational resources
Effectively prioritize among multiple tasks
Initiate critical reviews of project work throughout the project cycle
Effectively communicate results (written and verbal) of analyses to team, managers and executives

Qualifications:

MA/MS required in Statistics, Economics or a related field

Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Familiarity with SPSS or SAS is recommended
Working knowledge of the Windows based operating environment is required
