Senior Business Analyst
We are currently seeking qualified candidates for a Senior Analyst position in our Consumer Lending Branch Operations Strategy department. The position is located in our Prospect Heights, Illinois office.
Support data design and validation needs forprioritized initiatives from consumer lending agenda. Work closely with marketing, learning anddevelopment, and credit risk analysts in supporting initiatives requiring cross functional data needs. Build and maintain analytic functionalcapability within branch operations to monitorexisting and newly developed initiatives and processes (e.g., maintaining peer groups, dashboard maintenance).
Structure and analyze key components for designing and prioritizing initiatives (e.g., ROI, expected productivity gains, expected growth improvements).
Develop necessary material to initiate pilot and assist in monitoring, tracking, and evaluating pilot results to determine changes needed for national rollout.
Initiate rollout and assist with IT, learning and development, and other critical support functions to build and refine necessary analytic tools for national rollout (e.g., dashboard, reports).
Build analytic capability within branch operation that incorporates key production, demographic/ geographic and training materials into a simple, usable, and current tool that allows rapid analysis of current and piloted processes.
Improve recruiting process, new hire training, compensation evaluation, communication strategy and branch network optimization.

Previous experience working in a program management role
Working within cross functional teams (e.g., IT, operations, and marketing)
Relationship database usage, SAS, MS Office (Excel, Access)
Knowledge of statistical and financial modeling preferred HSBC Compensation
