Senior Analyst

Department: IT Major Project Implement
Hours: Per Week 40.00
Location: John Galt Boulevard
Shft: DaysJob Description: Self-starter, as well as good team player.
Some project coordination experience beneficial.
Experience with any of the following: client server application support, SQL Server, Crystal reports, Focus, DB2, VSAM, JCL, CICS applications.
Healthcare background or familiarity with healthcare environment would be a plus.
Experience with customization of software to accommodate customer workflow and processes.Works with professionalism, integrity, respect and innovation as a member of the Information Systems team in delivering service to our customers. Works with customers and other IS staff to define project objectives, and manages or assists in the setting of project priorities and time lines. Coordinates design, development and testing activities to assure timely project completion. Assists customers in problem identification and resolution. Demonstrates skills in coordinating problem resolution activities. Participates in the evaluation and selection of application software to meet customer needs. Coordinates the installation of application software maintenance and enhancements.Experience: A minimum of 3 years of progressive experience in information systems is required.Educational: A bachelor's degree or equivalent in computer science is preferred. Equivalent education and/or experience may also qualify.Knowledge/Skills/Abilities: Must possess strong analytical skills; strong project management skills; good communication skills; good organizational and planning skills; strong change management skills; must demonstrate personal traits of a high level of motivation; team orientation; professionalism; trust; and place a high value on treating others with dignity and respect.
