Alexian Brothers Behavioral Health Hospital is a 136 bed psychiatric facility that provides professional medical treatment and care for individuals facing mental, emotional and substance abuse problems. Our specialized care and medical expertise required for all age groups and each condition allow us to provide treatment programs that best meet the needs of the individuals and families we serve.

PRIMARY PURPOSE:

Under the Supervision of the Business Office Supervisor, assumes responsibility for the coordination and direction of the Business Office Collection activities.

JOB FUNCTONS include, but not limited to:

*Maintain complete and accurate collection notes
*Initiate timely collection activity
*Process appeal and follow up on denials
*Enter appropriate information into the computer
*Ensure the timely processing of daily billing
REQUIREMENTS
QUALIFICATIONS:

*Minimum one year experience in Patient’s Accounts Office
*Knowledge of Medical Manager
*Computer skills required
*Strong organizational skills
*Ability to work in a fast past environment
