The company offers DSL, Voice over IP (VoIP), T1, and Web Hosting services directly through Covad's inside sales network and through Internet Service Providers, value-added resellers, telecommunications carriers and affinity groups. Sutherland’s outbound and inbound teams drive sales and leads by engaging responders of marketing initiative as well as segments of non-responders. In addition to managing marketing responders the outbound team drives the majority of its revenues from cold calling prospecting into targeted accounts. A subset of the Sutherland outbound team also manages relationships with channel partners and consultants to drive revenues and generate demand. Hours of Operation: Monday – Friday, 8:00am to 8:00pm EST coverage. Education/Experience: The candidate must have at least 6 months sales experience and be able to proficiently navigate a computer.
