WHO WE ARE:
We are an outsourced sales and marketing firm in the Baltimore area. We are expanding into another region this month! Distinctive Marketing Solutions is hiring for entry level sales and marketing postions. Due to our rapid growth, and our new expansion, we have positions available ASAP!

We specialize in tailoring marketing and sales campaigns directly to our clients' needs and specifications. Therefore, we like to limit the amount of account managers in each office because if we can give our employees more attention, support and training, they are better able to service our clients. This means our employees can maintain the high standard and quality service our clients have come to expect from us. Keeping our office small in size means there is more opportunity for growth as the necessity to open up more offices increases.
We are looking for entry-level candidates we can develop into managers. We are a company that performs sales and client acquisition for a Fortune 100 company. We are still looking to expand our office due to rapid growth in the Baltimore metro area. That's where you come in!

Our thoughts: Let's meet our clients' customers on a face-to-face level, build a personal relationship with them, educate them, and let them know of all of their options. If our client has the right service for the customer, maybe they'll choose our client as a provider."

WHAT POSITIONS ARE WE LOOKING TO FILL?
We have many new clients waiting for representation nationally. Since we are the best at what we do, they are patient, but they are VERY WILLING to pay us and help our company expand.

We are seeking people that want to be a part of our young entrepreneur team here at Distinctive. All positions are growth oriented and ambitious. These positions are to be filled immediately. The postions are for entry level sales and marketing. Those who are willing to learn will go through a very rapid, but intense, management in training program. We are very willing to train the right candidate!

POSITIONS AVAILABLE:
* Sales and marketing Representatives - entry level reps are trained from a hands on paid program that involves tutoring and mentoring.
* Corporate Trainers and Managers - Leaders in our company are groomed and promoted from within. We follow a 100% promote from within policy and pride ourselves with integrity and leadership by example.
REQUIREMENTS
WHAT EXPERIENCE DO YOU NEED?
All positions are entry level. This means we provide all training no matter how much or how little experience you have.
Pay based upon individual performance.
