SR SALES ANALYST - Project Management

Project Management - Lead projects independently to meet key sales operations objectives. Correctly identify, plan and control resources to ensure successful completion. Prioritize and schedule work to ensure project deliverables are completed on time and within budget. Identify and manage risks, scope, issues, and prepare mitigation strategy. Facilitate cross-functional project teams to work collaboratively to meet project objectives. Represent client on all projects.Problem Solving / Issue Resolution - Identify, investigate and resolve or recommend solutions to operational and business issues. Respond to problems identified by co-workers, management and field sales within the appropriate time frame. Determine root cause of issues. Map alternatives and business processes. Develop recommendations and implement changes and preventive measures.Business Process Analysis - Evaluate current and future processes for optimal efficiency. Collect and analyze information as a basis for factual decision-making. Prepare recommendations with consideration for organizational structure, regulatory compliance, financial impact and complexity of execution. Responsible for communicating, implementing and monitoring results.Operational Execution - Sr. Analyst's need to have an in depth understanding of Sales Operations and process flow of applicable department. Identify problem areas and quickly troubleshoot to determine the root cause. Recommend improvements to the process to increase efficiency. Work with other departments to ensure responsibilities are completed in a timely and accurate manner. Train new analysts within the department. Assist in problem resolution. Manage multiple tasks/projects simultaneously with sense of urgency. Identify impact of changes and potential decisions on process timeline; resolve the situation, or recommend solution options to department manager.Qualifications
Knowledge of applicable regulations and standards affecting Pharmaceutical Products (e.g. CFR 210/211, cGMP) specifically, PPD compliance regulations and standards.
Minimum of 4 years experience in sales, marketing sales operations, financial, customer service, life sciences, or information technology with a minimum of an AE performance rating.
Background in specific sales operations department preferred. Knowledge of pharmaceutical industry, compliance regulations and standards preferred. Computer Literate. Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access) and email applications (Outlook, Lotus Notes). Proven skills in Abbott core competencies (Teamwork, Adaptability, Initiative, Integrity, Innovation). Able to manage multiple tasks/priorities simultaneously with sense of urgency. Strong project management problem-solving and analytical skills. Strong customer and operations focus.
Bachelor's degree is required.
