WHO WE ARE

CAP Marketing & Consulting, Inc. is a Columbus based firm that specializes in direct response sports and entertainment advertising/marketing and proudly services several clients each year here in Columbus and across the country. In 2006 these have included The World Champion Chicago White Sox, Columbus Crew, and Pittsburgh Pirates! We specialize in helping train and develop a network of ideas and creativity that has lead our sports advertising division into the largest of its kind in the country. WHY WE ARE HIRING

With only one location in Columbus we don't come close to handling our ever-expanding portfolio of service clients or keeping up to the needs of our clients. Therefore, we are looking to open three more offices in Columbus in 2006. We are excited to announce the opening of a new location this year; with hopes 7-10 more offices opening up across the country in the next 10 months. This gives us 16 weeks to train and double our staff.

JOB DESCRIPTION

Our ad campaigns are full service from conception to print to market. Positions then include;

* Inventory
* Sales & Marketing
* Customer Service
* Public Relations
* Administration & Relative Accounting
* Management (account, mid and upper level).

DEVELOPMENTAL SPECIFIC ACTIVITIES

Each new member of our will be put through a 6-10 month client management training program. Full training is provided and, while some experience is a benefit, we specialize in training entry-level candidates from the ground up.
REQUIREMENTS
Qualifications usually stress requisite personal qualities over academic qualifications, although academic preparation would obviously enhance your candidacy and could include marketing, advertising, business management / administration, and communications degrees. Requisite personal qualities would stress development in the intangible areas of leadership, individual and group motivation, strong student mentality, success dedication, creativity and personality traits beneficial to group, team, client and customer interaction.
