SECURITY LOSS PREVENTION MANAG

Security Loss Prevention Manager Provides positive/ proactive leadership and instruction in the area of security and loss prevention. Requires flexible scheduling to support retail hours, ability to multitask, excellent pc proficiency and proven written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills. Three to five years experience as a retail loss prevention representative or retail store security manager/supervisor in a retail environment. Trains associates on loss prevention skills and shrink awareness. Educates and motivates store management and associates to achieve company loss prevention goals. Must possess a demonstrated ability in the area of theft investigation and prevention. Requires knowledge of retail and industrial security systems. Bilingual skills would be a plus. Moderate travel in the state of Kansas is required. Willing to travel when necessary to include overnight stays. Willing t work holidays, weekends and flexible hours when needed. A company car is furnished. Valid driver's license required.
