Ensures Compliance, consistent with the Corporate Safety Stand and Strategy, policies and standards
Sets strategic direction of the Division in support of the OC strategy
Ensures development and review of Local Safety strategy
Establishes Division safety goals, specific by site and plant
Sets Division Standards and Alerts with a focus on specific requirements
Analyzes data & co-ordinates reporting - reacts to specific trends
Leads all talent management activities of Division Safety network
Develops tactical solutions for operationsThe incumbent for this role will have strong leadership and communication skills in order to improve and lead the competencies of our other safety professionals at the plant levelMust be eligible to work in the U.S. on a permanent basis.Owens Corning is an equal opportunity employer.
