Regional Service Manager

Modern Medical Systems Co. is a Long Island based medical service company. We have been providing medical equipment and services to New York hospitals for over 30 years, and are fast becoming the up and coming leader in the biomedical field nationwide. During the past five years the company has experienced a tremendous growth in business and national presence.

Due to success from national expansion, Modern Medical Systems Co. is looking for a Regional Service Manager for the Northeast Region.

REQUIREMENTS
Ideal candidate must have a Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university and/or three to five years related business experience in Account Management.

Responsibilities will include the following:

Manage a group of site managers, who oversee day-to-day operations at the account level. Responsible for the overall direction, coordination, evaluation and successful completion of Modern Medical Systems' objectives at these accounts;

Maintain and enhance customer service levels. Provide regular updates to senior management;

Responsible for account P&L and maintaining profitability;

Provide strong leadership and promote corporate culture at remote sites;

Interview, hire and train employees;

Solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists;

Help to create new business processes as appropriate;

Creation of project plans and milestones;

Experience in healthcare environments desired, but not required;

Speak before groups of customers or employees.
Computer Literate - Candidate must have knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, Four Rivers TMS Database software (desired) and Microsoft Project (desired).
