Regional Program Manager

Today's Students, Tomorrow's Teachers, a growing 501(c) 3 in Elmsford, NY seeks to hire a Regional Program Manager, to manage, implement and coordinate the Today’s Students, Tomorrow’s Leaders Program in the Westchester County area.

Responsibilities:

•Help define, establish and manage the Today's Students Tomorrow's Leaders (TSTL) program.
•Develop relationships with businesses and community organizations to create opportunities for internships and mentoring
•Establish a Leadership Advisory Council
•Work with school district administrators and mentors to identify and select potential participants for Today’s Students, Tomorrow’s Leaders.
•Assist in identifying school districts to participate in the Leaders program.
•Develop, Manage and Implement student workshops.
•Administer and maintain Regional budget.
•Develop and implement reporting systems, tracking and data collection criteria, and evaluation methods.
•Develop, manage and implement the necessary training and support for students and mentors to ensure that the students’ TSTL experiences are successful.
REQUIREMENTS
Requirements:

Qualifications:

•A college level knowledge of public education and higher education with experience in program management.
•Two years performing duties with youth, counseling, education (public or private), non-profit, and/or corporate setting.
•Strong Customer Service orientation.
•Good oral and written communication skills.
•Ability to deal with all organizational levels effectively.
•Good administrative, organizational, analytical, leadership, problem solving, decision making and strategic planning skills
•Working knowledge of personal computer and related software (primarily Microsoft Office).
