Project Manager
Reporting: Position reports to Manager of Planning & Implementation
Job Purpose: This role is accountable to the Manager, Planning & Implementation for ensuring sales and operations readiness to support assigned new products and services in order to achieve planned business goals.
REQUIREMENTS
Roles & Responsibilities:
Responsible for compliance with corporate policies established by Moneris Corporation including but not limited to the HR Code of Conduct, Technology Policy & Privacy Policy
Responsible for identifying business impacts, process flow, policy, procedures and training requirements for Sales Channels as it relates to assigned new products and services or enhancements to existing products or services.
Responsible for identifying business impacts, process flow, policy, procedures and training requirements for Operations functional areas related to assigned new products and services or enhancements to existing products and services. Responsible for the following areas: Merchant Activation, Service & Support, Operational Risk.
Responsible for adhering to Moneris Project Management Process with a particular focus on elements relating to Sales and Operations readiness. Ensures tools are up-to-date and reflect current business environment.
Evaluate effectiveness of project tools and standards and find ways to improve practices and processes to improve efficiency.
Responsible for creating a Personal Development Plan with manager and actively working on identified areas of developmental opportunity.

Job Specifications:
University or College Diploma preferred
Must possess project management experience
Excellent communication skills and networking abilities with internal and external contacts
Ability to work with cross-functional groups to identify and implement improvements to service
Excellent organization and time management skills
