Project Leader

We are currently seeking a Project Leader who will be responsible for interfacing and advising IT Directors and Project Managers on the management of the Global IT Project Portfolio in accordance with established Program and Portfolio Management processes; Analyze and manage different business portfolios of IT Projects to approved schedules and budgets; Identify and monitor the alignment of the business IT portfolios with strategic IT goals and business objectives; Provide guidance and leadership in developing project scope, costs and timing to align with the Global IT Portfolio; Work Process Accountability; Develop, implement and integrate IT Project Portfolio Management Approach into existing IT processes to measure cost-effectiveness and value delivered through IT investments; Identify and implement key metrics relative to IT Project Portfolio and project delivery to measure success and opportunities for continuous improvement; Identify opportunities to deliver more value to the company by maximizing effort on the most beneficial initiatives while also minimizing their risk; Contribute to managing the investment in the IT project portfolio by analyzing and evaluating the balance within the IT Business Project Portfolios, quantifying the portfolio risks and value contributed to businesses; Improve the IT investment decision-making through the use of scoring models, Gate Reviews, enterprise prioritization and resource utilization; Track portfolio performance, execution of IT projects, and value creation; Coordinate and facilitate communication to improve the delivery of IT Projects; Monitor and assess the Program Management processes effectiveness and implement process improvements; Manage, analyze and report on the status of the global IT project portfolio.~cb~
REQUIREMENTS
The successful candidate will have Bachelors degree and more than seven years of experience in project management, including process development. The candidate will have strong organization and interpersonal skills; Proven leadership, decision maker, team player, advanced communication, critical thinking and problem resolution skills; Ability to manage IT Business Project Portfolios aligned with key and strategic business goals and objectives; Ability to develop and maintain repeatable processes for the effective and efficient delivery of IT Projects in alignment with industry best practices; Ability to develop and execute portfolio scoring models with established criteria to assist with the approval, prioritization and continuation of IT projects; Ability to develop portfolio performance, project execution and value creation reporting; Ability to manage the IT performance management model consistent with the Outsourcing agreement; Ability to develop and deliver training to IT and outsourcing partners; Ability to support the periodical review of project progress at key milestones and controlling the Project Management Request for Changes; Must have Primavera TeamPlay skills and experince.
