Project Estimator I

Prepare bid proposals from customer request based on architectural plans and specifications, customer take-off or material list.
Generate material take off.
Evaluates and confirms proposal meets all project criteria including any applicable exceptions, codes and product application.
Generate pricing for technical services.
Evaluate and offer strategic alternate pricing.
Coordinate combined product pricing as required.
Communicate with customer and Sales to develop job strategy/product application.
Ability to negotiate pricing.
Meet or exceed closing ratio to support sales plan.

Maintain proficiency in all operating systems and tools.Job Requirements
Minimum Education Required: AssociatesMinimum Years of Experience: 2Minimum Travel Required: NoneBasic Qualifications: High School DiplomaPreferred Qualifications: Associate Degree Preferred or two years industry experience.
Familarity with key concepts

Demonstrated customer relationship skill

Demonstrated computer skills in all Kawneer front-end systems

Demonstrated organizational/time management skills

Perform material take off

Construction/architectural industry background knowledge

Read and interpret architectural plans and installation instructions
