We currently have an opening for a Programmer/Analyst II. This position will be responsible for the following:

Major Responsibilities and Duties:

·Primary focus is the coding, unit testing, implementation, documentation, and maintenance of data processing applications software. This position begins to take on program design responsibilities as well. Duties to include, but not limited to, providing on-call after hours support.
REQUIREMENTS
Basic Qualifications:
·Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Business Information Systems, or a field of study related to Information Systems practicum.
·Minimum of 2 years work experience in a similar position.
·Possess skill sets in Oracle Forms, Reports and PL/SQL.
·Knowledge of Java and XML a plus.
·Possess knowledge of programming constructs (i.e., structured/object programming techniques).
· Possess knowledge of relational database constructs.
·Ability to interpret business rules and translate them into program logic.
·Ability to develop test cases and transactions in order to test program logic.
·Proficiency in word processing.
·Possess good problem solving skills.
·Ability to productively interact with co-workers, peers, and customers.
·Good listening skills.
·Ability to follow detailed instructions correctly.
·Ability to think logically and apply logic to programming solutions.
·Ability to deal effectively with all employees and external business contacts while conveying a positive, service-oriented attitude.
·Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing.
·Ability to completely maintain confidentiality and discretion in business relationships and exercise sound business judgment.
