Plan and monitor on-going and new product developments. Consider market requirements and input from key customers. Consider material and labor availability from within the organization and ensure all necessary resources have been allocated. Champion the customer from concept through all Production phases.Essential Functions:
Manage resource conflicts, risks, and other delivery hurdles. Provide impact statements and options as well as progress reports to senior management. Contribute to operating plans and product roadmaps. REQUIREMENTS
The successful candidate will have a Bachelors Degree in Business or Engineering or equivalent experience in a contract manufacturing environment; a background that includes hands-on manufacturing or materials experience and a minimum of three years experience as a program manager.
