Program Director

The position will report to the CAO of the Foundation. At a minimum :
-Plan, develop, manage, and oversee daily program activities
-Maintain policy and procedure manual
-Develop strategic plans; Prepare monthly reports
-Monitor staff cases for quality assurance and quality improvements
-Assign and monitor staff caseloads
-Promote the program in the community
-Prepare, administer, and monitor department budget
-Hire and supervise professional work staff; Conduct staff performance evaluations
-Conduct staff meetings
REQUIREMENTS
Bachelors Degree in Business Administrative required; Masters Degree Preferred; At least 5 years progressively professional supervision experience required; Experience in clinical counseling, public benefits, and case management required; Good administrative, organizational, communication skills; Arizona Driver’s License and personal car. Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office suite, e.g. Word, Excel.
