Program Coordinator

RESPONSIBILITIES: The Franchise Communications team is responsible for managing and implementing services and solutions to meet Visa USA communication delivery needs. The Program Coordinator's primary responsibility will be to meet with customers, discuss their needs, and identify and implement communication delivery solutions, often with aggressive deadlines. Delivery solutions consist of generating email and fax distribution lists, formatting standard html content pages, scheduling the requests with vendors, resolving undeliverable messages, producing customer reports and billing. The right candidate will have the initiative to collaborate with teammates and available resources to build and implement comprehensive solutions. The Program Coordinator will need to build relationships with customers across the company at varying levels of management to anticipate communication needs and services. Secondary job responsibilities: Additional program management responsibilities include management reporting, expense/revenue tracking, procedures maintenance, maintain the department communication website, manage vendors, train, contact data maintenance, develop strategic and tactical initiatives designed to optimize operational efficiency and communication effectiveness and deliver projects on time.REQUIREMENTS: The position requires a meticulous, process driven individual that is results oriented with excellent communications skills. The candidate must bring professionalism, energy, enthusiasm and creativity to the position, as well as the ability to prioritize, multi-task and adapt in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, Access, FrontPage) and the ability to build and maintain HTML pages using FrontPage/Dreamweaver.
