Hand Craft is the leader in providing health care and dry cleaning services in the Richmond area.

As production manager, you will be responsible for the safe and efficient daily operation of the plant in a growing company. You will maintain high quality standards for all garments and linen and provide outstanding service to our customers. You will build a strong team.

Prior production management experience in a fast-paced manufacturing, packaging, or similar plant setting is required. You need to demonstrate results in productive labor standards and work measurement plus strong customer service skills.

Responsibilities include all aspects of the physical plant, including production scheduling, personnel management, problem solving, improving processes and systems, implementing objectives, and operating within budget. Strong communications, management, problem-solving and computer skills are required.
