Product Support Administrator

Responsible for completing four primary functions; consisting of issue resolution, telephone inquiry, transaction processing and correspondence. A strong understanding of Putnam?s clients, products and services, operating policies and procedures is required. Resolve complex and sensitive issues for clients in a timely manner. Utilize processing ability and product knowledge to provide superior ?single? point of service.Essential Skill Set:
Detail oriented and client focused. Product Support Adminsitrator must be able to work through issues and use discretionary judgment do assist the client.
Organization and prioritization.
