Product Manager Purifcation Solutions Chromatography ResinsSuccessful commercialization of new products
Champions and adheres to the requirements as defined in the PDP process
Effectively leads well coordinated cross-functional project teams and meetings Team expectations and team member accountability are effectively communicated
Develops, reviews and maintains comprehensive project schedule and adherence to planned dates within the context of the project team
Successful completion of Launch package including (but not limited to) promotional materials training materials, plans of action.
New product launches are delivered directly to the sales organization.
Assess launch effectiveness
Continuous improvement is achieved through ongoing monitoring and assessment of product results
Customer product complaints are appropriately handled
Timely assessment of complaint trends are ongoing
Champions corrective action programs as needed
Initiate and support product recalls when necessary
Resolutions are communicated effectively to sales and other support groups
Product lines are well understood through tracking and assessment of critical product line metrics in all geographies
Performs comprehensive trend and sales dynamics analysis quarterly. Communicates results to appropriate management. Provides recommendations if appropriate.
Champions product cost reduction programs as required
Performs necessary assessment of cost position
Coordinates cross-functional team as required to drive cost reductions (if appropriate)
Product line portfolios are assessed.
Rationalize product lines yearly (or as appropriate)
Communicate as needed with customers, sales and all support organizations, including marketing services
