Patient Care Administrator

National hospice company is seeking a dynamic Patient Care Administrator to direct 3 agencies located in eastern TN. This position oversees the clinical and administrative operations. The qualified candidate will possess 3 to 5 years hospice/home health management experience and have prior experience in budgeting, profit and loss management, billing and cash collections, reading and interpreting financial reports.
REQUIREMENTS
Must be able to demonstrate leadership qualities in past achievements and/or previous work experience. Have indepth knowledge of the healthcare industry including state and federal regulations, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a commitment to providing the highest degree of quality healthcare are essential.
