PRODUCT MANAGER I (JOB # 14002)
Seattle, WA

Develop and promote ongoing oversight of innovative strategies in the following role:
Accountable for the timely completion of product analysis, as well as formal product marketing plans, presentations, and implementation of product changes Work with the Product Development Cycle Manager to evaluate new product concepts specific to product line and local market areas
Design, develop, introduce and incorporate overall portfolio for ongoing management
Work with the Manager of Product Operations to evaluate existing products for consolidation and closure
Product closures will be transferred to the Manager of Product Operations for project execution
REQUIREMENTS
We are looking for a unique individual to join our Product Development Team. The ideal candidate will have:
BA/BS in Business Administration or relevant field with four years experience in a product marketing or management position in healthcare or insurance industry or equivalent combination of education and experience; MBA preferred
Project management experience leading diverse and complex projects
Possess business aptitudes, including an understanding of the organizational aspects of providing and financing health care
Effective written and verbal communication skills
Demonstrated analytical ability, able to "think outside the box", and able to move abstract concepts to concrete actions and effective strategies
Ability to write executive level documents and make executive level presentations
Demonstrated ability to effectively manage multiple projects and deadlines
Strong team player and ability to work within and lead cross-functional teams Ability to negotiate and resolve complex and sensitive issues with diplomacy and persuasiveness
