Leader, Sarbanes-Oxley Compliance (Source Code 06-0306)
Facilitates, monitors and reports on management’s completion
of domestic Sarbanes-Oxley Act compliance activities. Requirements
include a bachelor’s degree in accounting or business
administration, CPA or candidate, and five year’s auditing or
accounting experience.
Special Projects Leader (Source Code 06-0191) Helps evaluate
PPL retirement plan investment managers; prepares quarterly pension
performance reports for top managers; monitors investment
managers for compliance with investment guidelines; assists in
preparation of asset allocation studies in strategic risk evaluations.
Requirements include a 4-year degree in accounting, finance or
business. MBA or CFA candidate with 3-5 years of money management
experience preferred.
Financial Specialist (Source Code 06-0344) Energy Services
group seeks candidate to provide accounting support with
knowledge of accounting principles and the ability to implement
GAAP and corporate requirements. Requirements are experience
in financial statement preparation, GAAP review and compliance,
and financial analysis and excellent computer skills.
Accounting Analyst/Financial Specialist (Source Code 06-0171)
Benefit accounting group seeks candidate to research latest pension
and post-retirement accounting changes, evaluate FAS123R
and related accounting for stock-based compensation programs;
prepare benefit plan financial statements; prepare earnings per
share calculations and paper reports related to benefit accounting.
Requirements include a four-year degree in accounting.
